Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental or guardian consent.

2. Consultations

We offer free 30-minute consultations with our artists. Consultations are for discussing your tattoo idea, placement, sizing, and pricing. No deposit is required for the consultation itself.

3. Deposits & Booking

A non-refundable deposit of $100 CAD is required to book your tattoo session. This deposit applies directly to the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are transferable to a new date with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Health & Safety

You must be in good health at the time of your appointment. We may refuse service if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have a skin condition in the tattoo area. Please inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect healing.

6. Custom Artwork

All tattoo designs created by our artists are custom and original. Designs are the intellectual property of HeadRush Whitby and the artist. We do not provide digital copies of designs prior to the tattoo session.

7. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the client. Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions after your session. HeadRush Whitby is not responsible for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.

8. Touch-Ups

We offer one free touch-up within 3 months of your original session, provided you have followed the aftercare instructions. Touch-ups after 3 months may incur a minimum charge.

9. Payment

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and e-transfer. Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session. Pricing discussed during consultation is an estimate; final pricing may vary based on complexity and session time.
